1) WEEKDAY RATES are applicable on Sunday - Thursday (except School Holiday)
2) WEEKEND RATES are applicable on Friday, Saturday & Weekday of School Holiday (except Eve / Public Holiday)
3) PEAK SEASON RATES are applicable during eve/public holidays, weekend of school holiday in Malaysia & Singapore
4) SUPER PEAK Surcharge of RM40.00 over Peak Period Rates are applicable for few selected Festive Holidays Period:-
    a) Christmas/New Year Period               b) Chinese New Year Period            c) Hari Raya Puasa/Ramadhan Period
5) Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and Government Tax (if applicable)
     - Effective from 01/04/2012, Malacca Historic City Council has implemented the Heritage Charge of RM2.00 per night for
       every room rented or occupied. The Heritage Charge shall be payable to the Council by the hotel guest. Hotelier shall act an
       agent to collect the charge. This payment will be collected upon check in.
6) Check in Time : 2.00p.m. Check Out Time : 12.00noon.
7) Rates subject to change without prior notice.
8) The hotel reserves the right to do Pre-authourisation prior to arrival.
9) Cancellation Policy :
    i) Should you for any reason wish to cancel your reservation made, you are required :-

       a) to give us three (3) days' cancellation notice in writing failing which your 1st night room charge shall be imposed;
       b) in the case of "No Show", the room charge for the whole duration of your reservation shall be imposed.

    ii) Latest Check in time for Confirmed Booking is up to 3.00p.m. ONLY after which the booking shall be deemed cancelled
        unless your booking is guaranteed by your credit card.
    iii) However, we reserve the right at anytime to require a Comfirmed Booking to turned into a Secured Booking (either by
        credit card or by payment of deposit sum ) whenever we are running fullhouse.
    iv)Specific rooms or bedding preferences as maybe requested are not guaranteed though we will use our best endeavour to
        fulfill your request.
    v)Any incidental charges such as phone calls, laundry and room service etc will be billed to you separately by our hotel
        front-desk.
    vi) Our Hotel is not acting as agent for any Car Rental or Taxi or Tour Company or other travel related entities. We disclaim
        liability for any actions or omissions of these entities.
